Mocha and black plums on the nose of this full-bodied, supple red wine that's a blend of 355 Cabernet Franc, 35% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine underwent a cold maceration (grapes in cold soak to extract flavour) then fermentation and aeration for 15 days with select yeasts.

Meritage food pairings: grilled red meats, gourmet sausages.
