And now for something completely different and lovely: aromas of melon and exotic white flowers with a little honeysuckle blowing in the breeze from your glass. Great mouth-watering action in this medium- to full-bodied white.

Pinot Gris food pairings: turkey with all the trimmings, spicy Thai cuisine, creamy soups, flavourful seafood dishes with rich sauces.

Reviews and Ratings

This Pinot Gris has aromas of toasty vanilla and flavours of honey, peach, orange peel and mango show are balanced with the elegance and concentrated palate by a fresh acidity. Great mouth feel. The 2009 vintage was exceptionally warm and dry providing the Pinot Gris grapes the best conditions to achieve the leveles of maturity. Grapes harvested both early and late provided that extra level of character for the Legacy Series. A portion of the wines were fermented cool in stainless steel while another portion was fermented and aged in older French barrels. Limited to 130 cases.
