A gorgeous, plush, smooth Niagara-on-the-Lake Pinot Noir. Dry, medium-bodied with tart cherry, savoury herb, bright acidity and a long finish. Pair with veal or roast chicken.

Pinot Noir food pairings: veal medallions, avocado and papaya salad, grilled radicchio, basil pesto, frittata.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Vibrant and flavourful! Aromas of black cherry, raspberry, and cherry, with notes of violets, dried herbs, and leather. Medium bodied and smooth on the palate, with vibrant acidity, light tannins, and luscious ripe fruit, with herbaceous hints, black pepper and leather notes on the finish. Enjoy with pan seared duck breast.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
