Reviews and Ratings

Christian Marcoux rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

The Indomita Gran Reserva 2018, a delicious Chilean from the Maule Valley, offers aromas of dried cranberry, prune, spice powder, smoked meats, baking spice and sandalwood. Made from Carignan, this full-bodied wine delivers seductive tannins and agreeable acidity. Perfect for any food pairing, the Indomita will also please with its drinkability on any occasion. Palate: black cherry, strawberry, dried herbs, game, baking spices and cigar. Enjoy!
finevines90 rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

Medium-minus body, sour cherry and deepening acidity.
Indomita Gran Reserva 2018 Carignane is produced from dry-farmed, old vines from the Maule Valley wine region. A dry, vibrant and medium-plus-bodied red wine blend of 95% Carignane wine grapes from the Melozal zone with the balance in Cabernet Sauvignon from the Maipo. Look for bright red berry, red plum, dark berry and spicy flavours on the palate. Easy to enjoy on its own or pour with burgers and ribs from the grill. - Community Wine Reviews

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
