Reviews and Ratings

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Scrumptious green apple, yellow plum, graphite and mineral notes. Zesty and vibrant bubbles that dance away. Acidity is medium plus with a lively textured mouthfeel. Soft elements of salty stones lingering engagingly at the end with a hint of herbaceous lemongrass on the finish. This is a good as an aperitif or to pair with something light, salty and crispy. Ham, soft cheeses, olives, salted nuts or even potato chips! 90 points - tasted July 2018
Hola! Brut is a great value under $20 Spanish Cava from the Penedès wine region produced from 30% Macabeo, 40% Xarello, 30% Parellada. Soft green apple and citrus characters show on this harmonious nose. The palate is textured with baked apple pie notes, white fruits and clean citrus, ensuring a fresh and mouth-watering finish. Score - 92 (Decanter World Wine Awards, 2016). - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
