Love this style of cabernet! Cedar and savoury with wild blackberries. Balanced and dry with a full-bodied weight and long finish. Great with many meat dishes.

Reviews and Ratings

Jeremy Sprott rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

The nose has plum, mint, blueberry, pepper, sweet spice and a touch of leather. The taste carries through with the plum, sweet spice and the mint. A nice wine to pair with grilled/roasted meat, or perhaps a hearty beef stew.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
