A smoky, medium-bodied Sauvignon Blanc with bright lemongrass notes. Crisp and fresh with grapefruit aromas on the finish. This wine underwent a cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness. Pair with seafood, shellfish, salads and other vegetarian dishes.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: lean, white-fleshed fish with mild flavours, oysters, fresh green salads, goats milk cheeses and chicken pates.

Ripe mango aromas on the first nose. After one swirl, freshly cut grass, a touch of grapefruit and hints of vanilla.

It's on the palate that the smoky profile really comes through, as well as grapefruit flavours that leave a slight bitterness at the finish. This is a medium bodied White that would be better suited to food.
