A smoky, medium-bodied Sauvignon Blanc with bright lemongrass notes. Crisp and fresh with grapefruit aromas on the finish. This wine underwent a cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness. Pair with seafood, shellfish, salads and other vegetarian dishes.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: lean, white-fleshed fish with mild flavours, oysters, fresh green salads, goats milk cheeses and chicken pates.

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Bright, crisp and fresh. Lime zest, gooseberry, lemongrass, slight smokiness. Medium finish with persistence of pink grapefruit. Pairs well with baked rock cod. Tasted 2016 vintage in July 2017. 90 points. BespokeTastings
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Aromatic and easy drinking. Lovely citrus, lime zest, and smoky cedar plank notes. A dry medium-bodied slightly toasted zesty Niagara Sauvignon Blanc pairing well with feta and balsamic glazed asparagus salads. Tasted July 2017 by @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca
Melanie Lloyd - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Ripe mango aromas on the first nose. After one swirl, freshly cut grass, a touch of grapefruit and hints of vanilla.

It's on the palate that the smoky profile really comes through, as well as grapefruit flavours that leave a slight bitterness at the finish. This is a medium bodied White that would be better suited to food.

Tasted July 2018
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

More citrus on the nose, including lemon-lime, grapefruit, and some lemongrass. Nicely balanced acidity and ripe citrus. Almost a hint of smoke on the palate. Pair with grilled fish.
