This vibrant, fresh Niagara Henry of Pelham 2020 Sauvignon Blanc underwent a cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness. Crisp and refreshing with notes of grapefruit and white melon finishing with a lovely kick of fresh gooseberry and lime. Pair with seafood, shellfish, salads and other vegetarian dishes.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: lean, white-fleshed fish with mild flavours, oysters, fresh green salads, goats milk cheeses and chicken pates.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Lovely and fresh, perfect for spring! Aromas of fresh grass, green herbs, melon, pear, and a hint of honeysuckle. Light, vibrant, and refreshing, with some citrus notes and hints of tropical fruit too, and an herbaceous, crisp and clean finish. Enjoy with any seafood appetizers, or as a patio sipper.
