This is the magnum size Gris Blanc Rosé (1500ml) produced by Gérard Bertrand, and is a pretty, pale Gris Blanc rosé, a blend of Grenache Noir and Grenache Gris wine grapes that were hand-picked between Tautavel and the Pyrenees mountains. The wine is matured on the fine lees for several weeks before bottling. Lovely, ripe yellow plum, peach and citrus peel flavours on the palate, pair this one with grilled shellfish. MINE: This is the magnum size Gris Blanc Rosé (1500ml) produced by Gérard Bertrand. The 2017 vintage is a blend of Grenache Noir and Grenache Gris wine grapes hand-picked in the Roussillon wine region located in Tautavel between the Mediterranean sea and the Pyrenees mountains. Look for delicate, ripe yellow plum, peach and citrus peel flavours on the palate. OTHER: This wine is crafted from one of the most important grapes in the South of France: Grenache. Here it creates a wine with impressive floral notes along with characteristic suggestions of herb, pear and nectarine, plus a gorgeous savoury complexity. This will be an elegant, smooth wine that will be a huge hit with grilled and gently spiced seafood appetizers (Vintages Panel, updated). - Community Wine Reviews

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
