A crisp, Alsatian-style Pinot Gris with fresh apple, pear, mineral flavours and a lemon- zesty citrus finish. This Oregon winery was established in 1974 with the first Pinot Gris vines planted in 1977. The estate vineyards are planted in a valley surrounded by southern Oregon's Siskiyou Mountains. This alpine environment influences the wines.

Foris 2018 is an Alsatian-inspired Pinot Gris from Southern Oregon Siskiyou Mountains in the Rogue Valley wine region. Silky on the palate with white-fleshed stone fruit, honeysuckle, lemongrass and fine herb flavours, balanced and so fresh. Pair with a grilled pork tenderloin. - Community Wine Reviews
