Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This was a delightful discovery, crisp and refreshing with pretty floral notes, honeysuckle, peach and ripe pear. Well-balanced and terrific value, too. Enjoy with bacon-wrapped scallops or clam chowder.

Nicole Lewis rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

This is Flat Rock Cellars proprietary white blend of which the 2015 version is comprised of 75% Riesling, 17% Gewurztraminer and 8% Chardonnay. It is a pale straw yellow aromatic wine that offers up honeyed aromas of rose petals, ripe guava, lychee and tangerine. It is a full-bodied off-dry fruity quaff (17 g/L of sugar), representing a delightful blend of the three varietals. The mouth is greeted with a cornucopia of green apple, passion fruit, guava and herbaceous flavours. Great for sipping well-chilled on its own or with with General Tso's Tofu.
