Ripe pear, apple, vanilla, lemon pudding and buttery flavours creamy on the palate all wrapped up in a smoky veil from 12 months of oak aging, in Canadian oak barrels, on Featherstone's 2018 Chardonnay from the Niagara Peninsula, Ontario wine region. Yes, Canadian oak barrels with the oak sourced from trees grown along the Grand River in Ontario. Pair this all-Canadian zesty white with grilled pork chops.

Reviews and Ratings

Trent Mayers rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A good white from Flat Rock for a good cause - supporting Ontario Food Banks. It has a medium body and some creamy vanilla infused spiced pear and yellow apple with lemon in the background. Pair it up now with creamy dishes and feel good about drinking it! 3.5+ stars out of 5.
Craig Haynes WSET3 FWS SWS IWS rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Expressive notes of fresh orchard apples and pears define this unoaked chardonnay from Ontario’s Niagara Peninsula appellation. Elegant and light to medium bodied, the 2018 edition of Good Karma offered delicate aromas, nice acidity and a refreshing aftertaste. Enjoy this wine while knowing Flat Rock Cellars directs a portion of the proceeds to Feed Ontario, an association of Ontario food banks.
