A lovely, medium-bodied Niagara white wine blend of Riesling, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Floral, aromatic and off-dry, this is a terrific aperitif or companion to fresh seafood. Finishes with apple blossom. Pair with medium curries and spices as well. Great price.

Food pairings: spicy Asian dishes.

Reviews and Ratings

Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Sweet orchard fruit, honeydew melon, wild flower honey, and lychee on this super small production Ontario white blend. Delicious on its own and would complement any spicy Asian dish, fish tacos, or BBQ lemon chicken. Tasted August 2015. 90 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This light-bodied white blend of primarily Riesling with Chardonnay, Guwerztraminer and hint of Sauvignon Blanc will play nicely with any Asian inspired dish you care to pair it with. Refreshing acidity with a little sweetness on the finish with additional aromas and flavours of tropical fruit, Niagara tree fruit, apricot, floral and minerality. Great price performer!

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A white blend of mainly Riesling with a little Chardonnay, Gewurtztraminer and a touch of Sauv Blanc showing a tropical nose with lemon/lime and pineapple. The palate continues with lots of green apple, lemon/lime and hints of tropical fruit. Dry, med-bodied with a long apple finish.
A mouth-watering Ontario white wine blend of Riesling, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc varietals with notes of pineapple, green apple and tropical fruit. - Community Wine Reviews
