This crisp Chilean white wine made form the zesty Sauvignon Blanc grape, was formerly labeled as Earth Day for its organic origins. Terrific value here. Aromas of grapefruit, freshly cut grape and chives. Pair with seafood or shellfish or vegetarian dishes.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: shellfish, light fish, sushi, pastas with seafood sauces, cheeses.

Reviews and Ratings

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

Organically grown. Pale lemon colour, vibrant fruit aromas of peach, apricot, ripe red delicious apple, honeydew, with a touch of pineapple jello, flavours are fresh, reflecting ripe green apple, lemon starburst candy and chives. Medium plus acidity, light body and finish with melon sweetness at the end. Tropical fruit forwardness with sweet touches throughout. Pair with mandarin salad with sesame dressing and duck a l’orange.
85 points. December 2017

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
