Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Delicate notes of peach and violet on the nose. The palate gives peach, pear, apricot and a touch of honey in a satiny mouthfeel. Enjoy as a brunch sipper.
Tasted May 2018
EastDell Estates Black Label 2014 was awarded Gold at the 2017 Six Nations Wine Challenge, showing the best wines from six New World wine producers. This dry Viognier from Ontario is peach and soft orange on the nose with lush stonefruit, ripe apple and orange zest on the palate. Pair with a roast of pork. - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
