Dr. L 2021 Riesling is a superb value Mosel Qualitätswein under $16. Fragrant with lemon pudding, ripe apple and peach jam aromas, the wine is off-dry, medium-bodied and mouth-filling with apple, peach, tropical fruit, lemon meringue and spring rain minerality on the palate. So good now with spicy pork ribs from the grill or try it with smoked-salmon Bennies.

Riesling food pairings: pork tenderloin, turkey breast, spicy pasta dishes, shrimp tempura.

Reviews and Ratings

Dr. L 2021 Riesling is an amazing value Mosel Qualitätswein, perfumed with ripe apple, peach, lemon curd and tropical fruit aromas lushly layered on the palate with a stony mineral finish. A lovely off-dry, medium-bodied Riesling balanced with brilliant acidity for food. Chill and enjoy it with cheesy jalapenos poppers. - Community Wine Reviews
