A lemon zesty Cru Village Chablis with crisp and crunchy green apple, fresh stone fruit, mineral flavours and a leesy finish. Clean and mouth-watering delicious but could benefit from three more years in cellar to show its best.

Chablis food pairings: fresh steamed freshwater shrimp sammies, seafood hotpot, steamed mussels and frites.

Reviews and Ratings

Jenny Ratcliffe-Wright CWM rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

I love wines with a sense a of place and this wine just shouts Chablis. It's fresh and zesty with classic minerality of wet stones after the rain, combined with white nectarine, fresh fennel and a touch of celery salt. As good Chablis should be: never sweet or fruity but restrained, refined and perfect with food. Serve with grilled chicken and fennel salad with parmesan wafers. @wrightwineblog
Rebecca Meir-Liebman - Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Starting with an elegant label, the wine has very good complexity and development on the palate - the finish is mouth watering and lingers. An appealing wine to enjoy with many seafood dishes and roasted or broiled white fish. This is a wine that drinks as if it were a $35.00 bottle of wine - it is very good for its current price! Grab it before it's gone.
Linda Mertes WSET 2 rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

So typical of a Chablis from Burgundy, this extra dry and medium-bodied wine has stone fruit and mineral on the aromas and palate. The high acidity continues through to the crisp finish. Pair with fish, seafood and poultry.
Domaine Séguinot-Bordet 2018 is a dry medium-bodied Chablis Cru Village with bright acidity, green apple crunch, white stone-fruit, lemon zest and a satisfying and lingering briny mineral finish. So fresh and zesty. - Community Wine Reviews
