From a warm vintage, Domaine Queylus 2016 Pinot Noir is dry, medium-bodied and concentrated with ripe dark cherry, red berry fruit, fresh herbs, cedar brush and baking spice flavours finishing long on the palate. Tannins are fine and firm. The wine was matured 18 months in French oak barrels. Good now, better in 2022. Drink or hold.

Pinot Noir food pairings: chicken herb-rubbed roast, duck breast with celeriac purée, breaded veal cutlets,.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
