Reviews and Ratings

Julia Kelada rated this wine as 94/100 with the following review:

This is a wow wine! When I do reviews with wines like this I want to simply say...buy! Buy! Buy!

This is a full bodied intense wine, definatly not a hot sunny afternoon drink by the pool wine. This is a wine that should accompany any dish that Is full impact flavour, or end the evening with this wie.

On the nose there are sour cherries, black berries, black currants, rose hip, crab apple jelly and mild undertones of violets and spices.

O the palet there are an abundance of cooked fruits, and for a moment the impact is quite intense, sip this wie, take your time as sour cherries, figs and plums come forwards green Tabasco leaves, wooden cigar box and damp earth encase our taste buds before a herbal thyme note is introduced. There is a full bodied licorice presence followed by black pepper and exotic spices. There are medium length tannins. Wow!

Bottoms up!

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
