Made in the traditional method from 90% Viura and 10% Malvasía wine grapes sourced from the Rioja wine region, there is a lovely freshness and elegance to Muga's Conde De Haro 2015 bone-dry, medium-bodied Cava. Brioche and lemon curd on the nose, bubbles in this traditional method sparkler are small and persistent with lime, lemon zest, vanilla and honey notes on the palate. Chill and enjoy as an aperitif or with brunches.

Cava food pairings: turkey, shellfish, pasta, charcuterie, vegetarian casserole.

Reviews and Ratings

Muga`s Conde De Haro 2015 is a well-priced and bone-dry, medium-bodied Cava made in the traditional method from 90% Viura and 10% Malvasía wine grapes sourced from the Rioja wine region. There a nice richness to this Cava with baked bread and fresh melon on the nose. Dry with a zesty and persistent mousse with flavours of lime, lemon zest, vanilla and honey notes from ageing on its lees on the palate. - Community Wine Reviews
