Full-bodied, tannic and rustic and a stunningly great price for Bordeaux. Aromas of cassis and wild blackcurrant. Let this baby decant for 2 hours and you'll be fine.
Meritage food pairings: roast beef, lamb, root vegetable stews, sharp cheeses.

|Silver Medal winner at the 2012 Concours Général Agricole in Paris. From the legendary 2010 vintage. Shows Bordeaux’s knack for producing food-friendly wines with big depth of flavour displayed on an elegant frame. Rich black cherry and mulberry notions here, accented by baking spices. Dry and lithe, with a medium body, fine tannins and bright acidity on the way to a gently spicy finish. This wine is made for the dinner table. Source: Vintages Wine Catalogue|
