Reviews and Ratings

Christian Marcoux rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

In 2002, Maison Sichel bought a property located in Entre-Deux-Mers in the Bordeaux region and renamed it Chateau Argadens. This Bordeaux Superieur 2014 keeped the classic Bordeaux grape varietal (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Franc) and shows aromas of blackberry, cherry, fresh herb, milk chocolat and mushroom. Medium bodied with a long finish, Chateau Argadens 2014 shows good balance for its young age. Tart blackberry, black tea and an earthy note develop throught your mouth. Drink it now or cellar it for a short period of time; two years max. This Bordeaux Superieur will pair with cheeze or beef. Enjoy.

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
