Reviews and Ratings

Alex & Priya - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Priya: Barely any color on this wine - super light with a slightly green tinge. It's super tart and full of lemon. This is beyond my amateur appreciation skills...88pts

Alex: This is indeed tough for many to assess - for one it's way too young. The nose is very pure with saline touches, thyme and apple blossom, sweet lime and cheese rind with a slight touch of vanilla - while this can be found you must search as it's quite closed. This wine right now is all about the palate - perfect harmony, a subtle, caressing texture yet oozing density and power. It is an elegant grand cru for sure, and with minimal winemaking apparent. I love the finesse as the powerful mid-palate swims effortlessly into a sweeping finish of seapray, limestone and the freshest of lime. A regal effort, that's not in your face but chock full of substance. Lay down for 8-10 years, decant or enjoy the following day. 93pts

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
