Reviews and Ratings

From Ontario, Casa Dea, Dea's Cuvée 2016 is a dry sparkling white Pinot Noir and Chardonnay blend produced in the Charmat method. This sparkler is fruity with great balance of acidity to sweetness. There is ripe stonefruit on the nose and on the palate, it is clean, fresh with crisp apple, pear, stonefruit and nutty flavours. The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wine grapes were sourced from Cold Creek vineyard. This vintage was awarded Silver in the 2018 National Wine Awards of Canada. - Community Wine Reviews
