Lots of sweet cherry-berry aromas and flavours on the nose and palate of this smooth, medium-bodied Prince Edward County Pinot Noir. Round and mouth-filling. Finishes with more sweet berry flavours and some bubblegum notes. Pair with roast chicken or turkey.

Pinot Noir food pairings: rich meat dish such as roast lamb, thin crust pizza with Italian sausage or aeoli.

An intensely coloured pinot noir with a hint of anise mid palate and a cascade of dark berry flavours on the back palate and finish: red current, black raspberry. Aged in three separate batches with different oak treatments -- stainless steel, Hungarian oak barrels, and French oak chips -- then blended into the finished wine.
