A spectacular, toasty, full-bodied BC sparkling wine with aromas of freshly baked bread, golden apple and Asian pear. This is a 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. It was aged on the lees for 6.5 years to enhance its creamy texture and rich taste. Pair with shellfish.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Beautiful!! Aromas of green apple, honeyed lemon, and fresh baked crusty bread. Creamy, with fine, soft bubbles, and bright acidity on the palate, vibrant fruit and a long, toasty finish. This wine was aged on lees for 6.5 years and disgorged in August 2018. Enjoy with oysters or seared scallops.
The Reserve Brut has a fine mousse, with fresh complex aromas of red fruit - strawberry and toasty character on the nose and across the palate with a long rich strawberry finish. The wine is made in the Methode Traditionelle style.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
