A delicious, creamy, mouth-watering BC sparkling wine from one of the country's top producers. This blanc des blancs (white from white grapes) is made from 100% estate grown Chardonnay. It's made in the traditional champagne method, and aged sur lie for 5 and half years for extra creaminess and richness. Aromas of green and golden apples with freshly baked bread. Pair with roast chicken or oysters.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Gorgeous! Made in the traditional method from 100% Chardonnay, and disgorged in 2017, aromas include lemon, fresh bread and green apple. Crisp and refreshing, with a creamy hint from aging sur lie, lots of vibrant citrus, and a yeasty, bready note. Slightly mineral on the finish. Enjoy with oysters, or any appetizers. Perfect for a celebration.
