A juicy Niagara rosé made from 100% Cabernet Franc wine grapes. Wild strawberry, ripe red raspberry, bell and white pepper spice aromas on the nose. Bright and zesty on the palate with crushed raspberry, bright cherry, light herb and white peppers spice flavours on the palate with a lingering soft citrus finish. So nice. Chill and pair with a smoked salmon, goat cheese and arugula flatbread.

Rosé food pairings: charcuterie, pork or mushroom burgers, bean salads, salty cheeses like pecorino or asiago.
