Thelema Sutherland Sauvignon Blanc 2012, Stellenbosch Elgin W.O., South Africa: Incredible price! Herbal, lime and grassy good. Very refreshing. Wonderful quaffer. This South African Sauvignon Blanc shows its roots in the cool climate of the Elgin region. Finishes with a whiff of ocean spray and terrific minerality. Try it with fresh oysters.
