Casas del Bosque Reserva Sauvignon Blanc 2015, Casablanca Valley, Chile: Terrific lime zest on the nose of this exceptionally well-priced Chilean Sauvignon Blanc! All the fruit was sourced from two different soil types, 99% clay loam and 1% red clay mixed with decomposed granite. Located in the coolest, westernmost reaches of the Casablanca Valley, and cropped for low yields at 2.4 tons per acre. Lots of juicy acidity on the palate for seafood and shellfish. Drink: 2015-2017. 974717 14% XD 750 mL  $14.95 Score: 90/100. August 27, 2016 Best Value White Wine. Scrumptious Seafood Wine Full Review
