Luscious layers of dark fruit and berries that finishes long, smoky and satisfying. This wine is a blend of cabernet sauvignon, merlot, syrah, petite sirah and zinfandel with a few other grapes in minute amounts. This is where field blend comes from and it's a traditional method of planting different grape varieties in a vineyard rather than just one. There are notes of blackberries and plums on the finish.
