Grant Burge 10 Year Old Muscat 1998, Barossa, Australia: Vintages Wine Panel: The Burge Family has been making wine in the Barossa since 1855 and have been an integral part of the region's history and fortified wines have a long tradition here. Wonderfully aromatic it shows complex fruit flavors as well as notes of caramel, dried fruits, spices and nuts. Tiefenbrunner Pinot Grigio 2012, D.O.C., Südtirol-Alto Adige, Italy: Dry and refreshing with aromas of lime, grapefruit and dry white peach. Mouth-watering. This is classic northern Italian Pinot Grigio. Some white pear and stony minerality on the palate. Medium-bodied and thirst-quenching: perfect as an aperitif or companion to seafood or shellfish. Porcupine Ridge Boekenhoutskloof Sauvignon Blanc 2011, Wo Western Cape, South Africa: Grassy, herbal refreshment with a medium-bodied weight. Stunningly great price. South Africa does so well with Sauvignon Blanc, and it shows in this wine. Pair with vegetarian dishes, seafood and grilled portabello mushroom.
