Nice spicy nose of ripe black fruits and smoke, with dark cherry, savoury herbs and spicy flavours on the palate. Tannins are firm and there is great acidity on this robust red for food. Aydie l'Origine 2015, Madiran, Southwest A.P., France: Aydie L'origine 2015 is a robust red blend of 70% Tannat and 30% Cabernet Franc grapes.
