Trius Winery at Hillebrand Hillebrand Winery Pinot Grigio 2011, V.Q.A., Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, Canada: A light, refreshing and mouth-watering white from winemaker Craig MacDonald. Lovely lifted aromas of lime and lemon zest makes this a great aperitif. Great concentration yet it's not heavy in the slightest.
