Barone Ricasoli Rocca Guicciarda Riserva Chianti Classico 2013, Tuscany D.O.C.G., Italy: A truly classic Chianti in all senses, from signature aromas of dark fruit, sun-dried tomato and dried herbs, to mouth-watering acidity for a wide range of dishes from pasta in tomato sauce to spicy sausages. This wine is a blend of mostly Sangiovese grapes, with a little Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The 2013 vintage was a strong though you'll want to decant this wine 1-2 hours before serving.
