Dry, medium-bodied, fruity and elegant with red berry, blueberry, blackberry and pepper spice flavours concentrated and fresh on the palate, this is a Rhône red to be enjoyed with a slow-cooked shoulder roast of lamb. The Syrah and Grenache grape vines for this wine were planted at an altitude of 320-380 metres above sea level and are tempered by the Mistral wind.
