Tavel Rosé 2007, A.C. Rhone, France: Vintages Wine Panel: Tavel produces some of the richest, yet driest, rosés on the market. They work beautifully as sippers. The Perrin 2007 vintage is a lovely blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre and Cinsault. My note: A gorgeous rosé with notes of ripe raspberries.
