Sileni Straits Grand Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2019, Marlborough, South Island, New Zealand: Sileni Straits Grand Reserve 2019 Sauvignon Blanc is produced from sustainably-grown wine grapes sourced from a variety of soil types in the Marlborough. Gravels provided the wine's, ripe peach and tropical fruit notes with clay loamy soils giving the wine its herbaceous, citrusy, mineral notes. The wine juice was cool-fermented in stainless-steel tanks to retain its pure and fresh fruit flavours. It was then left to rest on its lees to develop texture and complexity.
