Ravanal Cabernet Sauvignon 2016, Colchagua Valley, Chile: A full-bodied Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon, deep violet in glass with rich blackberry, earth violets and pepper spice aromas on the nose. Dry with fresh blackberry, black currant, savoury herb flavours finishing spicy with toasty oak flavours on the palate. Good now, but will start showing its best in a couple of years.
