Strewn Winery Vidal Icewine 2006, V.Q.A., Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, Canada: Vintages Wine Panel: Deep yellow-gold in colour, this wine’s intensely fruity nose reveals layers of mango, dried apricots, mandarin oranges, honey and candy apples. Sweet, with ample acidity providing balance. The aromas replay on the palate with notes of sweet baking spices on the long finish. Delectable on its own. My note: Luscious, pure luscious! This is the liquid definition of hedonism. Apricot, peach preserves, pear. Moan! 467746 11.30% S 200 mL  $24.95 Score: 92/100. February 6, 2010 Favourite Dessert Wine. Full Review
Château La Tour De L'évêque Régine Sumeire, Prop.-Récolt. Rosé 2009, A.C., Côtes De Provence, France: Ultra-classic Provence rose with delicate flavours that nonetheless are packed with nuance. Lovely strawberry fields forever. 319392 13.50% D 750 mL  $18.95 Score: 90/100. May 15, 2010 Favourite Rosé (Tied). Full Review

Piemonte Cantina San Pancrazio Brachetto 2008, D.O.C., Piedmont, Italy: Vintages Wine Panel: This exotic sparkling red from Piedmont couples well with strawberry tart or dark chocolate. My note: What a delightful surprise! Lovely notes of fleshy ripe strawberries and raspberries with a light effervescence. Slightly sweet but perfectly balanced with the bubbles and acidity. Perfect for Valentine’s Day and other romantic interludes. 159566 6% M 750 mL  $16.95 Score: 90/100. February 6, 2010 Favourite Sparkling Wine. Full Review
Graham's Port 2007, Portugal: Decadent and delicious! This superb port delivers on every dimension: concentration, depth and length. It's loaded with black plum liqueur, kirsch, blackberry jam aromas and flavours. Supple, full-bodied with a spicy, everlasting finish. 140202 20% S 750 mL  $85.00 Score: 100/100.
