Salentein Reserve Malbec 2015, Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina: This blockbuster would benefit from a few more years in the cellar, but if you can't wait, then at least decant 1-2 hours. A voluptuous mouth-feel. This wine was aged 12 months in French oak. A richly hued wine that finishes with black plum, mocha and vanilla spice and a lick of black pepper.
