What you get is pure fruit essence and refreshment. Lovely notes of green apple and white peach. This wine was a Double Gold winner at the 2010 All-Canadian Wine Awards. Incredible price. Oyster Bay Chardonnay 2010, Marlborough, New Zealand: Vintages Wine Panel: This elegant Chardonnay shows varietal intensity and the distinct qualities of the Marlborough region with aromas and flavors of green apple, ripe peach, vanilla, light toasty oak and a note of tropical fruit. Domaine Drouhin Arthur Chardonnay 2008, Dundee Hills, Willamette Valley, Oregon, United States: How absolutely delightful! Pure green apple sunshine infused with a toasted almond finish. The Chardonnay was fermented half in stainless steel and half in 30% new oak, then the oak-fermented portion went through malolactic fermentation to give a creamier mouth-feel.
