Boya Syrah 2019, Leyda Valley D.O., Chile: From Garcés Silva, Boya 2019 Syrah is a youthful, solid, dry, medium-bodied Syrah produced from grapes sourced from the Leyda Valley wine region. The wine was aged 16 months in neutral oak. The wine is fragrant with wild blackberry, wild herbs, anise and pepper spice aromas mirrored on the palate and balanced with fresh acidity. Chapoutier another fantastic vintage for Les Vignes De Bila-Haut 2017 and fantastic value. Wine grapes are grown organically and biodynamically for this zesty, full-bodied red blend of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan. Sensuous, flavourful to the last sip. look for dark berries, plums, spice and dried herbs on nose and palate. Grapes were pressed directly to stainless-steel tank with a cool and controlled temperature fermentation at 16 degrees Celsius. Invivo X SJP Sud de France Rosé 2021, Languedoc, France: From Sarah Jessica Parker, Invivo X SJP 2021 South of France Rosé is a dry, fresh and fruity blend of Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah. The wine was produced in collaboration with the Vins Chevron Villette. Look for ripe red berry, stone fruit, red apple and citrus zest flavours finishing long on the palate. Grapes were whole-bunch fermented with a few hours skin contact giving the wine a pretty pastel pink hue. The wine juice was cool-fermented to dryness with some lees ageing in stainless steel tanks.
