Invivo X SJP Sud de France Rosé 2021, Languedoc, France: From Sarah Jessica Parker, Invivo X SJP 2021 South of France Rosé is a dry, fresh and fruity blend of Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah. The wine was produced in collaboration with the Vins Chevron Villette. Look for ripe red berry, stone fruit, red apple and citrus zest flavours finishing long on the palate. Grapes were whole-bunch fermented with a few hours skin contact giving the wine a pretty pastel pink hue. The wine juice was cool-fermented to dryness with some lees ageing in stainless steel tanks.
