Produced from organically grown grapes, it is dry, medium-plus-bodied and fruity fresh with dark cherry, blueberry, plum, spicy cumin and black pepper flavours silky on the palate. The wine was aged both in stainless steel tanks and mature oak barrels giving it a lovely balance of fruit freshness as well as a rounded mouthfeel.
