Decoy Pinot Noir 2017, Sonoma County, California, United States: The Decoy range of wines, now being made for more than two decades and I am still loving their second-label Decoy (2017) Pinot Noir from Sonoma County, California. Warming at 14% abv this Pinot Noir is lush and elegant with ripe red berry, blueberry and black fruit, savoury and pepper spice to support the alcohol. Full-bodied, round and mouth-watering with a smoky dark cherry finish. Pair it with duck confit, roasted sweet onion and little potatoes.
