Extremely elegant and versatile with many dishes. Lovely rich dark cherry aromas of the nose unfold to dark plum and some dried herbs on the palate. Full-bodied for pinot, yet balanced and elegant. Concentrated flavours with a long finish. Polished tannins and elegant structure. Great craftsmanship here. Pair with planked salmon or grilled tuna. One of Canada's best.
