Croft Late Bottled Vintage Port 2009, Douro D.O.P., Portugal: Lovely Portuguese dessert wine, with black fleshy plums and prunes and dried fig aromas and flavours. Such a pleasant after-dinner sipper wine; great price. Late Bottled Vintage (LBV) Ports are vintage-dated, with a year on the label. However, they are made in a style to consumer much earlier than Vintage Ports, and allow us a taste of the harvest earlier than usual, but deliciously so. Pair with Black Forest Cake. Drink: 2015-2019. 87601 20% S 750 mL  $18.95 Score: 91/100. September 5, 2015 Best Value Dessert Wine. Divine Dessert Wine Full Review
