Dirty Laundry Vineyard Not So Knotty Chardonnay 2013, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia Bc V.Q.A., Canada: This fresh, crisp BC white wine made from Chardonnay grapes and is unoaked, thus the reference to "Not so knotty" (wood). Reminds me more of fresh linens on a spring day than Dirty Laundry with aromas of lime and lemon zest. Pair with crossing off the last item on your to-do list. Alpha Estate Hedgehog Vineyard Xinomavro 2010, Amyndeon Macedonia P.D.O., Greece: Juicy, full-bodied and smooth with a very different and exciting taste profile in this robust red wine. Lovely dark cherry, smoke and some tanned leather aromas. Extremely mouth-watering which makes this a great dance partner with many dishes. Intriguing, try it!
