Domaines Ott Rosé 2014, Côtes De Provence A.C., France: Produced by Château De Selle Coeur De Grain, this is spectacularly great, and probably the best-known rose in the region famous for it. Dried herbs, savoury goodness, bone dry, complex. This is the Dom Perignon of rose from Provence. Domaines Ott is a Cru Classe that leads the pack worldwide for rose, thus that price tag. Complex, wild yet elegant. Love that curvy bottle too. Pair with halibut. Drink: 2014-2017. 74617 13% XD 750 mL  $46.95 Score: 94/100. July 25, 2015 Top Rated Rosé Wine. Scrumptious Seafood Wine Full Review
Castello di Gabbiano Bellezza Chianti Classico 2011, Tuscany D.O.C.G., Italy: Full-bodied and supple with incredible concentration, depth and complexity. Elegantly balanced with a long finish. Notes of sun-dried tomatoes, dark tart cherry and earth. Just enough acidity to handle dishes with tomato sauce. Drink: 2013-2019. 158229 13.50% XD 750 mL  $59.95 Score: 92/100. August 22, 2015 Top Rated Red Wine. Perfect Pasta and Tomato Sauce Wine Full Review
