La Ferme Du Mont 2011, Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Rhone, France: Incredible depth and concentration of black fruit, smoke and spice flavour on the nose and palate for this full-bodied French red wine. This wine is a blend of classic grapes including Grenache 80%, Syrah 10% and Mouvedre 10%. Long finish inflected with dried herbs and graphite. Pair with roast beef. Drink: 2016-2023. 78857 14.50% D 750 mL  $80.00 Score: 93/100. September 5, 2015 Top Rated Red Wine. Best Beef Wine Full Review
Domaines Ott Rosé 2014, Côtes De Provence A.C., France: Produced by Château De Selle Coeur De Grain, this is spectacularly great, and probably the best-known rose in the region famous for it. Dried herbs, savoury goodness, bone dry, complex. This is the Dom Perignon of rose from Provence. Domaines Ott is a Cru Classe that leads the pack worldwide for rose, thus that price tag. Complex, wild yet elegant. Love that curvy bottle too. Pair with halibut. Drink: 2014-2017. 74617 13% XD 750 mL  $46.95 Score: 94/100. July 25, 2015 Top Rated Rosé Wine.
