Big, juicy black fruit wrapped lovingly in a warm blanket of toasty oak. This wine would make even cold pizza (topped with free range chicken of course) taste good. Frascole Chianti Rufina 2011, Tuscany D.O.C.G., Italy: A rustic, robust Chianti with tarry black cherries, cedar smoke and a good grip. Decant 1-2 hours. Big and black. Finishes with a smoky note.
